Yoga Schedule 

 

YOGA WITH LAURA


Beginner’s Yoga Series

This gentle class is designed to introduce the practice of yoga to beginning students, occasional practitioners, or anyone who would like to go back to basics and explore how yoga can help you develop strength, flexibility, and presence in your body, mind, and spirit. Students will become familiar with key yoga poses, principles of alignment, and the fundamentals of yogic breathing. Everyone is welcome.


Tuesday mornings 11:15am-12:45pm or Thursday evenings 7:30pm – 9:00pm.


This series will run for six weeks beginning the week of September 4 and again the week of October 23. The cost is $90/six-week series and drop-ins $20/class, space permitting.


Yoga I/II

This class is designed for students who have previous yoga experience with an emphasis on principles of alignment, building endurance, yogic breath work, and expanding one’s repertoire of yoga poses through careful sequencing and exploring the connections between poses. Suitable for students who have studied other styles of yoga, but NOT suitable for those who have never practiced yoga before.


Tuesday mornings 9:30-11:00am.


This series will run for six weeks beginning the week of September 4 and again the week of October 23. The cost is $90/six-week series and drop-ins $20/class, space permitting.
